Nothing says autumn more than the colour burgundy! Summer is no more and now we are currently experiencing the confused weather and we are not really sure what to wear. That’s where transitional outfits come into play. The material is a little heavier, maybe you layer your clothes a bit more, whatever works for you. For me, I opt for the heavier and warmer long-sleeved pieces because i feel like layering makes me look a little bulkier.

I am trying to maintain my colourful wardrobe and I refuse to revert back to my grey and black and navy colours, just because its fall/autumn. This bodycon dress is a perfect transitional piece. I am a huge fan of bodycon dresses and this one is right up my street. I am wearing it in a size 14 UK/IRL and because it has a good amount of stretch, I was able to fit into it despite being a size 16 UK/IRL. It was originally €29 but Missguided offer discounts for students and sometimes just for promotions so make use of those discount codes to make sure you don’t miss out on a bargain!

I paired the dress with black thigh-high boots from Primark. I love these boots and I am surprised that this is only my second time blogging with them because they go with everything! I’ll be on the look out to see when the boots will be back on sale this season because they are a definite must have especially if they remain at the €25 – €30 price point they were last autumn when I first bought them.
